Terms of Service
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. Username-only accounts must keep their recovery code; we can’t reset those accounts by email.
Balance
Your balance is internal platform credit shown in USD. It is not a bank account or a custodial crypto wallet and earns no interest.
Deposits
Deposits are credited only after manual verification of the payment on the correct network. Payments on the wrong network, of the wrong asset or below the minimum may not be recoverable.
Orders
Orders are fulfilled manually. Delivery times are estimates. If we can’t complete an order, it is marked Failed or Cancelled and refunded to your balance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and may be rejected, for example to prevent fraud. Rejected amounts return to your balance.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to promote the accounts and content you submit and must follow the rules of each social platform.
Referrals
Referral rewards are discretionary credit. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and abuse lead to rejected rewards and may lead to suspension.
